Fine Grain Property has appointed Emma Kennedy as Commercial Director, reinforcing its commitment to delivering exceptional workplace experiences and accelerating portfolio growth.
With more than a decade of senior leadership experience in the real estate and flexible workspace sectors, Emma has a strong track record in driving strategic growth, brand development, and commercial performance.
She was most recently Founder and Chief Executive of Grafter, a luxury flexible workspace brand with operations in Dublin and London, where she transformed historic properties into design-led workspaces including Bedford House in Bloomsbury and Smyth House in Dublin. Before this, she served as Head of Sales at Iconic Offices, spearheading the launch of landmark projects such as The Lennox and The Greenway, achieving record sales revenues and cementing the company’s market presence.
