On Monday August 19th, Fine Grain had the pleasure of hosting esteemed associates, investors and friends for an informal gathering at Atout Restaurant in the lush surroundings of Dempsey Hill, Singapore.

Almost eighty guests, including the Irish Ambassador to Singapore Mr. Pat Bourne and Mrs. Sonali Rajasingham Bourne, enjoyed an evening of fine French cuisine and wine in an informal, warm and intimate setting for the event. The gathering was addressed by Fine Grain Founder and Chief Executive Colin MacDonald, who delivered updates on key recent developments.

With the recent completion of the acquisition of J5 Plaza in Dublin, Fine Grain adds employees of the Irish government’s Health Services Executive to over 5,000 people who are now working in properties owned by Fine Grain Property across Ireland. This is Fine Grain’s third business park office building in Dublin, alongside eight other properties in Galway, Athlone, Limerick, and Cork.

The Fine Grain team in Ireland, supported by colleagues in Singapore, is committed to creating great, sustainable workplace communities in Ireland’s growing economy. Colin’s relocation to Dublin is testament to the firm’s commitment to its clients across Ireland, who include global employers like Ericsson, Activision Blizzard, Aviva, Cook Medical, Xperi and Digiweb.

The warmth of the occasion reflected the long term, trusted relationships that Fine Grain seeks to develop with its business partners, investors, and its clients, the employers who are driving their global businesses from bases in Singapore and Ireland alike.
