Fine Grain Property Appoints Industry Leader Chris Fossick to Board of Directors as Part of Investment Growth Strategy

- Former CEO of JLL South East Asia, Chris Fossick, joins the Board to accelerate the firm’s growth strategy.

Fine Grain Property, an institutional real estate investor founded in Singapore, is pleased to announce the appointment of Chris Fossick to its Board of Directors.
Chris Fossick is a distinguished leader in the global real estate industry, renowned for his extensive expertise and strategic insight across Asian and European markets. During his 17 years at JLL Southeast Asia, Fossick oversaw transactions exceeding $30 billion and played a pivotal role in landmark developments such as SouthBeach, Guoco Tower, OUE Bayfront and IOI Central Boulevard Towers. He was instrumental in high-profile deals, including the S$4 billion sale of Asia Square and the S$1.5 billion sale of Duo.
Fossick’s career spans nearly four decades, beginning with Barclays Bank in London and progressing through senior leadership roles at CBRE in Singapore and Japan, before joining JLL. He now serves as an independent non-executive director for Singapore-listed Pacific Century Regional Developments, and is a Director of premium developer Native Land in the UK.
Fine Grain Property’s current co-investors include the Irish sovereign Ireland Strategic Investment Fund, the Grosvenor Estate, and several European and Asian family offices. Originally established in Singapore by an Irish team, Fine Grain has been delivering above market returns to investors in Ireland for over ten years, building a nationwide portfolio of commercial properties where people thrive and innovate. Fossick’s experience and well-established relationships with international real estate investors will support the growing management team in expanding its investor network and accelerating its growth strategy.
