Our aim is to build a collegiate atmosphere in which our company – alongside our investors, clients and partners – enables great workplaces that both employers and employees value and want to come to work, collaborate, innovate and socialise in.
GPTW certification recognises our achievements to date, and measures progress towards these ideals. The company scored an average of 88% across five metrics - credibility, fairness, camaraderie, pride and respect - measured in the GPTW survey.

It’s great to have achieved this accolade – we'll be using the results of the survey to improve, and further empower the Fine Grain team as we build and grow.
