Property Accountant

The Finance & Investment team at Fine Grain Property is growing! 

We are recruiting for a Property Accountant 

Normally based in our Dublin 2 office, but currently working remotely, this role will suit aqualified Accountant, or an individual with similar qualifications, with a minimum of 1year’s PQE.

Reporting directly to the Financial Controller and working as an integral part of a small finance team, the role offers a wide breadth of experience as well as the opportunity to work with a high calibre management team. The role offers the opportunity for learning and development through involvement in all areas of the finance and commercial functionsof an expanding business. 

The ideal candidate will be a smart and hard-working individual whowill take on the responsibility of the day-to-day operations of the finance function,focusingon the completeness and accuracy of accounts and on data quality,workingwith a continuous improvement mindset to make the function more efficient.

Industry experience and tax reporting knowledge will be an advantage.

Head, Property Services

 
We are recruiting for a new opportunity - Head, Property Services.
 
Based anywhere in Ireland, we are looking for a leader to shape our growing portfolio of commercial office space across Ireland into a great workplace community, by delivering best in class, sustainable facilities management.
 
The ideal candidate, likely to be a fully qualified member of the SCSI/RICS, with more than 7 years management experience, will also have a proven track record of developing and implementing standards, quality audit, and reporting across a multi-site property portfolio.
 
A formal Project Management qualification, although not essential, is desirable.
 
Previous experience working in an ISO9001 or similar quality management environment will be also an advantage.
 
This is a hands-on role, which will involve travel to all parts of Ireland.
 
This is a senior appointment to a core function within the business, and will report to the CEO, with a close working relationship with the Head, Client Relations.
