Ron Bolger
Chairman

Former Managing Partner of KPMG both in Ireland and in Asia Pacific. He was also a member of KPMG’s Europe and International Boards.
Member of the Irish Government’s Asia Strategy Group. Former member of the Irish Prime Minister’s committee on the International Financial Services Centre (“IFSC”).
Chairman of the Galway Clinic (Private Hospital) and Irish Food Processors. Former Chairman of the Irish State Telecommunications Company (Telecom Eireann) and Vice Chairman of Ireland’s largest mutual building society (EBS).
Serves on the board of AerCap Holdings NV, a quoted aircraft leasing company on the New York Stock Exchange.
Ron brings a wealth of experience in Singapore and Asia to the Firm. His senior Corporate and Government experience provides corporate governance and board expertise to the management of the Firm. His broad international contact base enhances the effectiveness of the firm in carrying out its strategies to add value on behalf of investors. |

Colin MacDonald
Chief Executive
Resident in Asia since 1989. Former International Banker with HSBC working in Singapore, Taiwan, Bahrain, and Hong Kong.
Established the profitable, well-known McCraic Food and Beverage Group in Singapore in 1997. Oversaw the successful sale of the McCraic Group in October 2009.
Managed the USD$250m redevelopment and restoration of the historic 5-star Fullerton Hotel in Singapore’s former General Post Office during three years employed with Far East Organization, Singapore’s largest private property developer.
President, Irish Chamber of Commerce , Singapore.
As the founder and leader of Fine Grain Property Pte Ltd, Colin’s local personal, business and property knowledge in Singapore and his extensive contact base are integral to the success of the Firm. |

Alastair MacDonald
Executive Director
Managing Partner, MKO Partners Chartered Accountants & Registered Auditors, Ireland. Alastair's clients include financial institutions, property funds and investors, whom he advises on property origination, funding and structuring in addition to providing regulatory and compliance services. Alastair works closely with Irish and international clients on corporate advisory matters including restructuring, internal procedures reviews and regulatory/compliance issues.
Former Manager, Deloitte, Ireland, Financial Services Group.
Irish representative member on the Irish and UK Joint Investment Business Committee for the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland (ICAI), formulating regulatory policy in relation to investment business matters, and responding to consultative papers issued by the Financial Regulator or the FSA.

Five years experience as a Housing Management Officer with a housing association in the UK.
Experience in property and tenant management including void works, estate management, rent arrears, tenant liaison and project leader for new Housing IT system.
Charlotte’s experience in property and tenant management underpins Fine Grain’s ability to identify the right property, perform specific property due diligence, refurbish and manage the asset to a high standard. |

Manager, Business Development
Previously responsible for Business Development & Project Management with McCraic Group for 9 years. Oversaw the execution of a highly effective marketing strategy in the highly competitive Singapore market.
Manages individual property branding, and oversees marketing and leasing and got building 100% leased in a tough market.
Experience in administration of processes and structures. Experienced negotiator with third party advisors and suppliers.
Nicole brings marketing and project management skills to leasing and other special projects, in addition to overseeing the Fine Grain business development process. |
