November 2018: Fine Grain Property Pte Ltd achieves ISO standard for third year in a row
In August 2018, Fine Grain Property was audited by the British Standards Institute (“BSI”) in relation to its compliance with the quality management system, ISO 9001:2015.
In order to meet the ISO standard, a business must be able to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products and services that meet both client and statutory/ regulatory requirements. ISO businesses also aim to enhance client satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to its stakeholders.
This year marks the third successful renewal of the ISO quality mark for Fine Grain. Fine Grain recognises the value of having a rigorous investment process in place, in adhering to clear investment criteria, training the team, facilitating growth, and delivering the expected level of return to investors. The benefits of incorporating these quality management systems into Fine Grain’s day to day operations have been demonstrated with Fine Grain’s successful completion and sale of a 300 room hotel in Singapore, and EUR100 million growth in Ireland.
Colin MacDonald, Group CEO commented, “The ISO approach is consistent with Fine Grain’s values - reliable, effective and collaborative; as well as our focus on continuous improvement”.
